What’s included

Our standard gym membership includes 24 hour access and all classes, free use of our suanas and the option to use our sunbeds (at an additional cost) You will also have multi gym access, meaning you can also train in MyFit Newtownabbey.

Personal Training

Here at Myfit Xtreme we have a fantastic team of motivated , approachable and friendly personal trainers. Each personal trainer has their own style and beliefs from years of personal development and training. Feel free to check out our “meet the team” section to understand more about each personal trainer.

We are all super friendly and can’t wait to get you started on your fitness journey.

Saunas

Our saunas are free to use, you will find one in the male changing rooms and one in the female changing rooms. Our saunas are ‘far Infrared’ heat which is well known for its healing / holistic therapy. Using the sauna after a workout has been shown to increase recovery time, burn more body fat, repair damaged cells both inside and outside the body and lots more. Our saunas are they very best on the market and are ready to use now. 

SunBeds

Our sunbeds are 58 tube 200 Watts stand up. These sunbeds are now fully installed and ready to use. All sessions must be purchased from our reception where our fully trained staff can give you advice on how to use the sunbeds safely. We will also have creams available to purchase.

Monday 8am – 9pm

Wednesday 9am – 7pm

Thursday 8am – 4pm 

Friday 8am – 4pm 

Saturday 10am – 3pm
